Product and Order Support
Most enquiries we receive are about existing products, colours, sizes, compatibility, and current orders. If you are getting in touch about a purchase or a listed product, please include as much detail as possible so we can help quickly.
For order queries, please include:
- Your order number
- The name used on the order
- A brief description of your question or issue
- Photos if anything appears incorrect or damaged
For product questions, please include:
- The product name or a link to the product page
- Size and colour options you are considering
- What you plan to use it for
- Any compatibility questions such as equipment, models, or mounts
We manufacture everything to order in our UK workshop and are happy to advise before you buy if you are unsure which option is right.
Custom Product Enquiries
We also offer custom designed and made to order products. If you need something bespoke that is not listed on the website, we can review your request and let you know what is possible.
Please include:
- A description of what you need
- Intended use
- Dimensions and any critical measurements
- Quantity required
- Your timeframe
- Drawings, sketches, or reference images if available
- 3D files such as STL, STEP, or OBJ if you already have them
File attachments can be sent by email. If files are large, you can share a download link instead.
