1. Order Processing

1.1 Every item we sell is made to order in our UK workshop. We always aim to get orders made and out the door as quickly as possible, and our typical manufacturing and dispatch time is within 7 working days.

1.2 During busy periods, or where a custom colour or material needs to be sourced in for your order, manufacturing can take longer. In these cases, please allow up to 21 days for manufacturing and dispatch.

1.3 Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 Delivery within the UK typically takes 1-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

2.2 While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as postal disruptions or adverse weather conditions.

3. Delivery Methods

3.1 We use reputable courier and postal services to deliver your order. The specific service used will depend on the size and nature of your order.

3.2 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Costs

4.1 Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

5. Delivery Address

5.1 Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5.2 If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

6.1 If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@tridentlabs.co.uk with your order number.

6.2 If an order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. International Delivery

7.1 At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
