1.2 Though we strive to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality, slight variations in appearance may occur due to the custom nature of our products. While we make every effort to represent product colours accurately, variations between material batches and differences in display settings on devices may result in minor discrepancies that are beyond our control.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices are listed in GBP. We are not VAT registered, and no VAT will be applied to your purchase.

2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available on our Site.

3. Delivery

3.1 We aim to manufacture and dispatch orders within 3 working days. Large orders may take longer due to manufacturing times. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1-4 days.

3.2 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we only accept returns if the product:

• Does not match the description provided on the Site.
• Is not suitable for its intended use.

4.2 To initiate a return, contact us at hello@tridentlabs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Your order number and evidence of the issue will be required.

4.3 If a return is approved, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by us.

5.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
