1.1 As our products are made to order, we only accept returns if the product:

• Does not match the description provided on the Site.
• Is not suitable for its intended use.

2.1 Contact us at hello@tridentlabs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.

2.2 Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1 Products that are custom-made and meet the provided description cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
